Logan Botanic – The UK’s Best Garden

Logan Botanic Garden has been voted the UK’s most popular garden by Which magazine readers. The garden gained an overall score of 93% based on attractiveness, staff helpfulness, value for money and food and drink, beating the likes of Edinburgh’s Royal Botanic Gardens and Royal Botanic Gardens Kew in London!

Which said:

The best garden in the UK won a constellation of five stars across every category. Expect to see banks of agapanthus or ‘Lily of the Nile’ in summer, giant Gunnera or ‘Giant rhubarb’, palm trees and a grove of tree ferns. Refreshments can be found at the award-winning Potting Shed bistro, including clootie dumpling pudding. There’s also a shop and plant sales area. Read more.

This was always a favourite place to visit when we lived in Scotland and we rarely came home without a boot load of plants!! Strongly recommend a visit.
