We are located approximately one and a half hours drive from Dumfries (63 miles) or two and a three quarter hours from Glasgow (110 miles) on the western side of Dumfries and Galloway. Orchard Cottage is located just outside the village of Kirkinner, while the Ravenstone Cottages are outside the village of Sorbie. In both cases there are places to shop within seven miles and newspaper shops within a couple of miles. We send directions on receipt of deposit cheques and key information on receipt of final payments.
