Set on the edge of our 14 acres of woodland, Ravenstone Mains Cottage and Ravenstone Stables offer a peaceful country retreat.

Close to beaches, quiet roads for cycling and plenty of bird watching in our own garden, this offers an ideal base to explore the western areas of Dumfries and Galloway on Scotland's southwest coast.

Guests share the large garden and can watch our pet ducks and free range chickens wander through the bushes. There's a barbeque and tables and plenty of woods to explore. Come and relax undisturbed at Ravenstone.

New for summer 2009 our giant kiddies pirate ship, complete with climbing wall, slide and enclosed play area for the littlies.
